THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE LIFTING PROGRAM. ALL ATHLETES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE WEIGHT ROOM AND ARE COMPETENT IN THE DEADLIFT & SQUAT.

The off-season is all about opportunities. As an athlete, you know each day is an opportunity to elevate yourself. Stepping on the field knowing you're more PREPARED than your opponent is powerful.

Preparedness involves an athlete who has optimized their SPEED, SIZE, STRENGTH, and POWER.

Optimizing these four attributes isn't as easy as you may think. It takes a program specifically designed to consider the demands of baseball. You need a shoulder complex durable enough to withstand repeated high velocity throws, linear and lateral speed, and strength and rotational power that carries over to hitting and throwing.

The BEST way to increase your speed, size, strength, and power this off-season is to train with a strength and conditioning program created by Experts in Program Design and Coaching for Baseball Athletic Development.

Mike has worked and consulted with hundreds of baseball athletes as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, as well as a licensed massage therapist. He's the only physical preparation coach from the Capital District who has worked with players currently on MLB, MiLB, NCAAA Div. I, NCAA Div. II, NCAA Div. III, and high school rosters.
